Being Awesome Humans with Nataly Kogan

In this powerful, inspiring and practical talk, Nataly shared her vulnerable personal story of going from a refugee to achieving tremendous success as a business executive, leader, and entrepreneur—and how ignoring her emotional fitness ultimately caused her to burnout. She shared essential mindset shifts, scientific research, and most importantly, tangible skills and practices to help strengthen our emotional fitness and develop a more supportive relationship with our thoughts and emotions.

Nataly gave a road map to help us break free from daily burnout, struggle less and thrive more. One of her tips was to schedule a 10-30 minute daily "fuel up." Nataly suggested we put it on our calendars, make it a promise to ourselves, find a way to fuel our energy, step away from screens, and create a little ritual to help keep us on track.
