Convention Costs

Full-time Attendance

Cost: $1,200
Full-time attendance includes all Convention speaker sessions, breakout sessions, business meetings, ritual services, meals and entertainment.  

National Officers attend full-time; however, they will only pay the registration fee. International Office will book hotel and travel for Collegiate Delegates and National Officers. 

Part-time Attendance

Cost: $250 registration fee, plus cost of all added agenda items a-la-carte style
For those who are unable to join us for every day of Convention, part-time attendance might be a good option. The registration fee is $250 and includes your Convention name tag, a program, a welcome package, and access to the Crown & Co. shop and the historical exhibit. There will be an “a la carte” menu in the registration process. Check out the options below so you can make an informed decision during registration.

Part-time attendees have the option to stay at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center.
