Getting to Convention

Whether you're flying or road tripping it with your sisters, you can find information about travel here.

Flying to Indianapolis?

National Officers, Collegiate Official Delegates and Collegiate Alternate Delegates will book their flights through a third-party site called Navan. Once you complete your event registration, you will receive a follow-up email with instructions on how to book your flights through Navan.

All alumnae Official Delegates and general attendees (full time and part time) must make their own flight and hotel reservations. These attendees may opt in to the provided ground transportation.

On Wednesday, attendees will be met by Fraternity representatives in ZTA T-shirts in the baggage claim area and directed to the ride share pick up area.

We know flight delays and other travel emergencies happen, so when they do, let IO staff know! Attendees will receive an email prior to Convention with emergency contact information. Having plenty of clothing options is great, but keep in mind airlines may charge for all bags, some bags or overweight bags. (Maybe rethink that extra pair of shoes.) All attendees are responsible for these fees and may need a credit card to pay for them.

Convention never seems long enough, but all things must come to an end. Attendees will return to the airport on Sunday via shuttle buses. We will let you know what time you should be ready to board the shuttle from the hotel based on your flight departure time. Shuttle times will allow plenty of time for getting through security.

Driving to Indianapolis?

Attendees who live fewer than 300 miles from the JW Marriott Indianapolis are expected to drive to Convention. The Fraternity will reimburse mileage and parking for all collegiate delegates and fraternity paid National Officers who drive. We encourage collegiate delegates to carpool when possible; plus, the drive is more fun with friends!
